Fresh chili, herbs, almonds and citrus make a unique and delicious pesto-style sauce that goes well with meaty tuna steaks and fresh tagliatelle. Make sure to save a little spoonful of sauce to dollop onto each piece of fish!

Step preview
- Add water to a clean large saucepan
- Heat until boiling
- Add salt and tagliatelle to the pasta
- Cook until al dente
- Add fresh chili, coriander, garlic clove, almonds and lime juice to a clean food processor bowl
- Process - 10 sec
- Pour olive oil into the sauce while machine is running
- Season with salt
- Heat a clean large cast iron skillet - high heat
- Add tuna steak to the large cast iron skillet
- Sear each side until just cooked - 2 min, high heat
- Transfer fish to 4 serving plates
- Slice into halves
- Drain pasta
- Pour sauce into pasta
- Stir until well combined
- Divide pasta between 4 serving plates
- Garnish with lime
