Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Add butter and olive oil to a clean Dutch oven
  3. Melt - medium-high heat
  4. Add lamb chop to the Dutch oven
  5. Season with salt & pepper lightly
  6. Sear evenly until browned - medium-high heat
  7. Add garlic clove, rosemary, onion and chestnut mushrooms to the Dutch oven
  8. Top with potato
  9. Pour lamb stock into the Dutch oven and cover
  10. Bake - 1 hr 30 min, 160°C
  11. Dot evenly
  12. Bake until browned - 45 min, 160°C
