  2. Add butter, golden caster sugar, light brown sugar, egg, brown rice flour, baking soda and cocoa powder to a clean food processor bowl
  3. Blitz until smooth - medium speed
  4. Add dark chocolate chips

  7. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper

  9. Bake - 10 min, 179°C
  10. Let cool until hard - 5 min
  11. Let cool on round wire rack until completely cool
