  1. Pre-heat in grill - high heat
  2. Add runny honey, wholegrain mustard, tomato purée, orange juice, red wine vinegar and black pepper to a clean saucepan
  3. Boil a clean large saucepan until boiling - medium-high heat
  4. Simmer until thickened - medium-low heat
  5. Boil glaze - medium-high heat
  6. Add greek yogurt and black pepper to a clean food processor bowl
  7. Blend briefly until smooth - medium speed
  8. Add tuna steak and olive oil to a clean baking sheet
  9. Broil in grill - 2 min, high heat
  10. Scoop glaze onto fish
  11. Broil in grill - 2 min, high heat
  12. Spread some of the purée out below each tuna steak and serve
