- 1 teaspoon

Step preview
- Pre-heat in grill - medium-high heat
- Add wholegrain mustard, sherry vinegar and runny honey to a clean large mixing bowl
- Mix until mixture comes together
- Add tomato and red onion to the salad
- Stir until well combined then set aside
- Get a clean baking sheet
- Line with parchment paper
- Add cod fillet to the baking sheet
- Brush with olive oil
- Season with salt & pepper
- Grill each side in grill until cooked through - 4 min, medium-high heat
- Add black olives, anchovies, capers, garlic clove and fresh thyme to a clean food processor bowl
- Pulse until just combined
- Stir in olive oil and red wine vinegar to the food processor bowl
- Serve
