- Get a clean slow cooker bowl
- Boil in slow cooker if necessary
- Add olive oil to a clean medium cast iron skillet
- Heat - medium heat
- Add ground beef and onion to the medium cast iron skillet
- Fry until lightly browned - medium heat
- Add chicken liver, garlic clove, pancetta and button mushroom to the medium cast iron skillet
- Cook until browned - 3 min, medium heat
- Stir all purpose flour into the medium cast iron skillet
- Mix red wine, beef stock, canned chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and bouquet garni into the medium cast iron skillet
- Boil while stirring occasionally - medium heat
- Spoon content of medium cast iron skillet into slow cooker bowl and cover
- Cook in slow cooker - 10 hr, low heat
- Add tagliatelle to a clean saucepan
- Add salt and water to the pasta
- Boil - high heat
- Cook until tender - 8 min, high heat
- Drain
- Stir
- Get a clean large serving bowl
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Spoon pasta into large serving bowl
