Step preview

  1. Heat a clean medium cast iron skillet - medium heat
  2. Add chicken thighs to the medium cast iron skillet bit by bit
  3. Fry until light golden while stirring occasionally - medium heat
  4. Transfer chicken to slow cooker bowl
  5. Add onion, green chili, ginger and korma paste to the medium cast iron skillet
  6. Fry while stirring occasionally - approx 3 min, medium heat
  7. Add coconut milk, chicken stock, ground almonds, coriander and salt & pepper to the chicken
  8. Heat until boiling - medium heat
  9. Transfer in slow cooker
  10. Cook chicken in slow cooker until tender - 6 hr, low heat
  11. Stir in plain yogurt to the chicken
  12. Sprinkle with tomato
  13. Garnish with coriander
