  1. Add a clean medium cast iron skillet - medium-high heat
  2. Add - medium-high heat
  3. Prepare a clean slow cooker bowl
  4. Add bacon and leek to the medium cast iron skillet
  5. Fry until light golden - 5 min, medium-high heat
  6. Stir in all purpose flour to the medium cast iron skillet
  7. Mix in chicken stock, wholegrain mustard and salt & pepper to the medium cast iron skillet gradually
  8. Boil - medium-high heat
  9. Pour bacon mixture into slow cooker bowl and cover
  10. Cook slow cooker bowl in slow cooker - 10 hr, low heat
  11. Add the green sliced leeks and stir into the sauce, then replace the lid
  12. Cook in slow cooker until softened - 15 min, low heat
  13. Add potato
