  1. Add dark chocolate, superfine sugar, whole milk, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon to a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Cover
  3. Cook until melted while stirring occasionally - 3 hr
  4. Mix in kahlua to the slow cooker bowl
  5. Transfer content of slow cooker bowl to 4 mugs
  6. Top with mini marshmallows
  7. Serve
