- 600 ml

- 3 sprigs

- 180 g

Large cast iron skillet
Step preview
- Add sunflower oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
- Heat - medium heat
- Add chicken thighs, onion and bacon to the large cast iron skillet
- Fry until light golden - medium heat
- Stir in all purpose flour to the stock mixture
- Mix in chicken stock to the stock mixture gradually
- Add fresh sage and salt & pepper to the stock mixture
- Boil while stirring occasionally - medium heat
- Add sausage, carrot and rutabaga to a clean slow cooker bowl
- Transfer
- Arrange potato in the slow cooker bowl on top
- Season with salt & pepper lightly and cover
- Cook in slow cooker until tender - 5 hr, high heat
- Broil in grill - high heat
- Serve
