Step preview

  1. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Add cooking apple, granulated sugar, lemon, lemon juice and blackberries to the slow cooker bowl and cover
  3. Cook in slow cooker while stirring occasionally - 4 hr 30 min, high heat
  4. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  5. Bake 4 clean jars until warm - 15 min, 160°C
  6. Spoon jam into 4 jars
  7. Let cool
  8. Store in fridge
