Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Heat olive oil to a clean Dutch oven
  3. Add chicken breast to the Dutch oven
  4. Season with salt & pepper
  5. Fry evenly until light golden - 3 min
  6. Add apricot, pear, new potatoes, onion, fresh thyme, orange, wholegrain mustard and runny honey to the Dutch oven
  7. Mix well
  8. Cover with foil
  9. Cook - approx 40 min, 175°C
  10. Stir in sour cream to the Dutch oven
  11. Serve
