Super easy and quick scones with a light, delicate texture. Filled with tart juicy cranberries, orange zest, and orange blossom water for extra flavor. A favorite for holiday brunches and sharing!

- 2 tablespoons

- 1 tablespoon

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
- Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
- Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
- Whisk together
- Add unsalted butter to the dough
- Rub in until coarse crumbs form
- Add orange and buttermilk to the dough
- Add orange blossom water to the baking sheet
- Add cranberries to the dough and mix
- Turn out on lightly-floured surface
- Cut out
- Transfer dough to baking sheet
- Brush with unsalted butter
- Sprinkle with sugar
- Bake - 20 min, 200°C
