If healthy is what you are after, this is certainly it. If you are not really a raw foodist, don’t soak the wild rice, go ahead and cook it. Either way, I am pretty confident this will end up on regular rotation. Happy Rawthentic Mixing!

Step preview

  1. Add wild rice to a clean large glass bowl
  2. Soak for 72 hr
  3. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, paprika and pink Himalayan salt flakes to the TM5 bowl
  4. Blitz with MC in place 10 sec, speed 10
  5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  6. Add garlic clove, fresh chili, coconut sugar, extra virgin olive oil, lime and coriander to the TM5 bowl
  7. Blend with MC in place 4 sec, speed 6
  8. Then add walnuts to the TM5 bowl
  9. Chop for 2 sec, speed 4
  10. Transfer rice to TM5 bowl
  11. Mix for 2 sec, dough
  12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  13. Serve with lettuce, red capsicum, green onion, black olives, grape tomato, avocado and lime
