Step preview

  1. Add star anise pod, vanilla bean, golden caster sugar, loose thai tea and water to the TM5 bowl
  2. Boil - 10 min, 100°C, speed 1
  3. Allow to infuse for as long as you can but for at least 15 minutes
  4. Strain out solids and return to Thermomix bowl
  5. Dilute with cold water to taste, up to 1L
  6. Add single cream and condensed milk to the TM5 bowl
  7. Blend with MC in place - 10 sec, speed 8
  8. Chill in fridge - approx 3 hr
  9. Serve with ice
