Step preview
- Add olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper and spring onion to a clean large resealable plastic bag
- Mix until combined
- Add salmon filet to the fish
- Marinate in fridge - approx 24 hr
- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
- Transfer fish to glass baking dish
- Bake - 20 min, 200°C
- Add soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey and sesame seeds to a clean small bowl
