Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Add flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, psyllium husk powder, salt, black pepper and mixed dried herbs to the TM5 bowl
  3. Mix - approx 10 sec, reverse speed 3
  4. Then add water to the TM5 bowl
  5. Mix - approx 15 sec, reverse speed 3
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Let rest - 5 min
  8. Mix - approx 15 sec, reverse speed 4
  9. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  10. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  11. Cover with parchment paper
  12. Flatten by hand
  13. Flatten with roling pin until level
  14. Trim to fit a baking sheet
  15. Uncover
  16. Transfer parchment paper and cracker mixture to baking sheet
  17. Bake - 1 hr 15 min, 160°C
  18. Let cool completely
  19. Break into pieces
