Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 160°C
- Grease a clean glass baking dish
- Line with parchment paper
- Add dried apricots, medjool dates, mixed nuts, shredded coconut and goji berries to the TM5 bowl
- Blitz with MC in place - approx 3 sec, turbo
- Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large mixing bowl
- Add almonds to the TM5 bowl
- Blitz with MC in place - approx 8 sec, speed 9
- Then add protein powder to the TM5 bowl
- Mix with MC in place - approx 5 min, speed 5
- Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
- Return contents of large mixing bowl to TM5 bowl
- Add egg, honey, water, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds to the TM5 bowl
- Mix - approx 30 sec, reverse speed 4
- Press contents of TM5 bowl into glass baking dish evenly
- Bake until light golden - 20 min, 160°C
- Let cool
- Cut into bars
- Store in fridge
