Step preview

  1. Fit knife blade to CookEasy+ bowl
  2. Fit CookEasy+ bowl to CookEasy+
  3. Add italian 00 flour, kosher salt, dried yeast and water to the CookEasy+ bowl
  4. Attach lid to CookEasy+ bowl
  5. Blend until combined - 5 min, speed 5
  6. Let rise - approx 8 hr
  7. Split into equal sized dough balls and put into Tupperware or zip lock bags
  8. Let rise in fridge - approx 48 hr
  9. Let rise until room temperature - approx 2 hr
  10. Your dough is ready to use and bake! I made a pepperoni pizza in my Ooni oven!
