Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 160°C
- Grease a clean round pan
- Add unsalted butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, salt and vanilla extract to a clean medium bowl
- Mix until blended
- Add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to a clean medium bowl
- Add unsalted butter and dark chocolate to a clean medium glass bowl
- Melt - low heat
- Add granulated sugar to the batter
- Whisk until combined
- Add egg to the batter one by one while mixing
- Transfer dry ingredients to batter
- Mix until well combined
- Transfer batter to round pan
- Bake until skewer tests clean - 40 min, 160°C
- Let cool
