A healthy, homemade bounty slice! Stores in the freezer well so it makes the perfect "go-to" healthy treat for when sweet cravings come around after dinner. For these you can use a few different moulds/trays ; Normal or Mini Silicon muffin moulds OR Silicon Snack Bar moulds OR a Brownie tin. If using Muffin Moulds, you can push the middle in with the back of a spoon so that the coconut base creates a little bowl for the chocolate to sit inside.
