Step preview

  1. Add butter and garlic to a clean large saucepan
  2. Sauté until fragrant - 1 min, medium heat
  3. Add onion, caraway seeds, sea salt and black pepper to a clean small bowl
  4. Transfer onion mixture to large saucepan
  5. Sauté until softened - 1 min, medium heat
  6. Add vegetable stock to the large saucepan
  7. Heat until boiling - medium-high heat
  8. Add potato to the large saucepan
  9. Simmer until tender and continue - 15 min, medium-low heat
  10. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  11. Add rustic french bread, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, black pepper and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  12. Toss until coated
  13. Transfer a clean baking sheet
  14. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 175°C
  15. Add parmesan cheese to the small bowl
  16. Add fresh parsley to the onion mixture
