Step preview

  1. Add rolled oats to a clean small bowl
  2. Blend until fine - medium-low speed
  3. Add almond milk, banana, baking powder and vanilla extract to a clean blender jug
  4. Transfer oat mixture to batter
  5. Blend until smooth - high speed
  6. Pre-heat a clean frying pan
  7. Grease with coconut oil
  8. Scoop batter onto frying pan
  9. Fry each side until light golden - 1 min, medium-high heat
  10. Add maple syrup
