Step preview
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Pre-heat oven - 190°C
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Slice golden beet, red onion and carrot into a clean large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
- Add olive oil to the large glass bowl
- Season
- Stir with tablespoon until coated
- Transfer content of large glass bowl to baking dish
- Roast - 30 min, 190°C
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Stir with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
- Pour dressing into baking dish
- Add canned chickpeas to the baking dish
- Mix with tablespoon until coated
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Serve immediately
