  7. Spread until level and press down
  8. Chill in fridge - 30 min

  11. Add vegetable whipping cream, mascarpone cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  14. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  15. Transfer cream to medium bowl
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add chocolate 70% to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 7 min, 60°C, speed 4
  22. Pour chocolate into medium bowl
  23. Stir gently with tablespoon until combined
  24. Transfer chocolate mixture to springform pan
  25. Spread until level
  26. Chill in fridge and continue
  27. Clean kCook bowl
  28. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  29. Add vegetable whipping cream, mascarpone cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl

  42. Transfer chocolate mixture to springform pan
  43. Spread until level
  44. Chill in fridge and continue

  47. Add vegetable whipping cream, mascarpone cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
