  2. Add milk, double cream and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 80°C, speed 4
  6. Stir with filler cap removed - 4 min, speed 4
  7. Add egg yolk and granulated sugar to a clean medium bowl
  8. Mix
  9. Cook - 14 min, 75°C, speed 4
  10. Transfer egg mixture to mixture gradually while machine is running
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 80°C, speed 3
  12. Strain mixture into jug
  13. Serve
