Perfect Scrambled Eggs without standing and stirring. Gotta love that on a busy morning when you are scrambling to get the family out the door!

Step preview

  1. Add eggs to a clean small bowl
  2. Add milk, unsalted butter and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  3. Transfer the eggs to TM5 bowl
  4. Mix with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 6
  5. Cook 8 minutes/90 degrees/speed 4
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. When cooked, scrape down sides and lid, and whizz 5 seconds/speed 9 with MC in place
  8. Season to taste and serve with best bread, toasted and buttered, with the chives (herbs) sprinkled liberally over the top
