Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Pre-heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  4. Add bread slices to a clean work surface
  5. Spread with butter on both sides
  6. Fry lightly in frying pan
  7. Smear one side of the toast with mustard
  8. Add sharp cheddar, fresh chilli, coriander and red onion to the TM5 bowl
  9. Chop with MC fitted - 8 sec, speed 8
  10. Divide the mixture between the toast
  11. Bake - 180°C for 10 min or until cheese is melted
  12. Meanwhile, fry the eggs until the white edges are crisp, but the yolks are still soft
  13. Slide an egg on top of each toast
  14. Season and serve hot with additional chillies on top
