Step preview

  1. Add dark chocolate, vanilla bean paste and coconut oil to the TM5 bowl
  2. Melt 15 min/37°C/speed 1
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Stir through the noodles by hand and make sure they are well coated
  5. Create the ‘nests’ by placing spoonfuls of the mixture into a 12 hole silicone muffin pan
  6. Quickly put 2-3 eggs per nest onto the chocolate so that they stick
  7. Set in the fridge
  8. Wrap, eat, gift. It’s that easy!
