Step preview

  1. Add ginger, olive oil, water and teriyaki sauce to a clean medium bowl
  2. Add salmon fillet to the marinade
  3. Coat entirely and let marinate for 20-30 minutes
  4. Add broccoli and olive oil to a clean medium bowl and mix
  5. Season with kosher salt and mixed peppercorns
  6. Place broccoli on Airfry Basket, then place salmon on top of broccoli, skin side down
  7. Place enamel tray in the oven, followed by the wire rack. Then, place Air fry basket on top of the wire rack.
  8. Air fry - 18 min
  9. Sprinkle with scallion
  10. Serve with white rice
