Step preview

  1. Add minced lamb, onion, fresh parsley, fresh oregano, mint leaves, feta cheese and salt & pepper to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix until well combined
  3. Form lamb mixture into 4 or 5 patties, ½” thick
  4. Spray olive oil spray onto the wire rack
  5. Place enamel tray in the oven, followed by the wire rack with the patties
  6. Broil - 8 min, Broil 1
  7. When done cooking, flip lamb burgers over on wire rack and place back into oven
  8. Broil - 7 min, Broil 1
  9. Serve
