Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C, Convection bake
  2. Add olive oil, salt and red onion to a clean medium bowl
  3. Toss until coated
  4. Add salt, russet potato and olive oil to a clean medium bowl
  5. Toss until coated
  6. Add heavy cream, mascarpone cheese and gorgonzola cheese to a clean medium bowl
  7. Mix until well combined
  8. Add frozen cauliflower pizza crusts to a clean work surface
  9. Spread the cheese mixture filling evenly all over the crust
  10. Scatter onion mixture over Pizza
  11. Scatter potatoes over Pizza
  12. Scatter brown mushrooms over the Pizza
  13. Season with black pepper
  14. Transfer Pizza to Enamel Tray
  15. Place wire rack in the oven and place enamel tray on top
  16. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, Convection bake
  17. Serve
