Step preview

  1. Add rapeseed oil to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  3. Add yellow onion and garlic clove to the inner pot
  4. Sauté until fragrant - Sauté, approx 2 min
  5. Then add chilli powder, ground cumin, canned diced tomatoes, tinned black beans, green bell pepper, sweet potato and kosher salt to the inner pot
  6. Stir well
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook, High, 15 min, then allow natural pressure release
  9. Then add frozen corn to the inner pot
  10. Stir
  11. Serve immediately
