Peanut butter cookies just taste like home. There is something about the aroma that fills the kitchen and the fabulous crumbly texture as you bite into these little treasures. We find that smooth peanut butter is the best for this recipe.

Baking sheet - 18 x 13"
Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 175°C
- Mix a clean stand mixer bowl briefly until smooth - medium-low speed
- Add egg and white sugar to the stand mixer bowl
- Mix until sugar has dissolved
- Roll into balls
- Arrange a clean baking sheet one by one
- Bake - 10 min, 175°C
- Let cool slightly
- Transfer onto cooling rack until cool
