Step preview

  1. Pierce the potato with a fork
  2. Semi cook the potato in the microwave
  3. Get two large squares of parchment paper and layer them on a microwave safe plate
  4. Slice potato into thin slices roughly 0.5-1cm thick and lay in a line in the middle of the parchment paper
  5. Add the sliced chilli and scallions on top of the potatoes
  6. Crush one clove of garlic over the ingredients and drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  7. Add a handful of spinach on top and then place your salmon fillet on the spinach
  8. Squeeze over your lemon, add the wine, lemon zest and season again with salt and pepper
  9. Finally add a teaspoon of butter on top
  10. Now it is time to seal your parcel
  11. First start by picking up both length sides and joining them to meet in the middle. Once they meet roll them down to seal the top of the parcel
  12. Then take either ends of the parcel and seal them closed by rolling the sides together until you are left with what resembles a clutch bag
  13. Place the parcel on the microwave safe plate in the Panasonic 4-in-1
  14. Remove from the microwave, open parcel up gently (it is hot) sprinkle some smoked paprika and enjoy
