  1. Heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  2. Add sunflower oil, garlic clove, ginger, fresh chilli and scallion to the frying pan
  3. Stir until tender - 2 min, medium heat
  4. Add green beans and red bell pepper to the frying pan
  5. Stir continuously - 4 min, medium heat
  6. Add peas, soy sauce, rice wine, curry powder, sugar, sesame oil, chicken stock and rice noodles to the frying pan
  7. Stir until tender - 3 min, medium heat
  8. Garnish with coriander
