Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Add potato to a clean cutting board
  3. Add water to a clean saucepan
  4. Boil - 10 min, medium-high heat
  5. Drain with sieve
  6. Crush a clean baking pan
  7. Add olive oil, black pepper and salt to the baking pan
  8. Bake - 15 min, 190°C
  9. Add hake fillet to the fish
  10. Bake - 10 min, 190°C
  11. Add olive oil, scallion, garlic clove, baby spinach and nutmeg to a clean frying pan
  12. Panfry - 5 min, medium-high heat
  13. Prepare a clean plate
  14. Add vegetables - medium-high heat
  15. Drizzle fish with sauce
