Step preview

  1. Set Instant Pot to saute mode
  2. Once hot, spray with spray oil, add onion, garlic and carrots
  3. Fry for 2 minutes to soften
  4. Mix in the sweet potato, tomato paste and spices and herbs
  5. Stir to coat
  6. Add the stock, sweetcorn and pasta
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Set to 4 mins high pressure
  9. Taste and season as needed with salt and black pepper
  10. Enjoy!
