Warm and buttery fluffy dinner rolls with the lightest pull-apart interior and soft, golden crust. These need a little time to rise, but require very little effort otherwise!

Step preview
- Add active dried yeast, plain flour and water to a clean small bowl
- Whisk until combined
- Add salt, sugar, greek yogurt, water and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
- Whisk until well combined
- Mix
- Add plain flour to the dough
- Mix until dough forms
- Add salted butter to a clean small glass bowl
- Melt - low heat
- Transfer content of small glass bowl to dough
- Knead - approx 3 min
- Grease a clean large mixing bowl
- Transfer dough to large mixing bowl
- Cover large mixing bowl with plastic wrap
- Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
- Grease a clean medium roasting dish
- Turn out large mixing bowl on lightly-floured surface
- Divide
- Shape
- Transfer medium roasting dish
- Cover with plastic wrap
- Let rise - 40 min
- Pre-heat oven - 190°C
- Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
