Step preview

  1. Add olive oil to a clean stockpot
  2. Heat - medium heat
  3. Add onion to the stockpot
  4. Sauté until softened - 5 min, medium heat
  5. Add olive oil and chicken breast to the stockpot
  6. Cook while stirring occasionally - medium heat
  7. Add kale, carrot, chicken stock, garlic powder, black pepper and salt to the stockpot
  8. Cook until just boiling then reduce heat - medium heat
  9. Simmer - 40 min, medium-low heat
  10. Add gnocchi to the stockpot
  11. Cook until just cooked and turn off heat - 5 min, medium-low heat
  12. Mix milk into the stockpot
  13. Serve
