- Tomato basil sauce
- 800 g

- 120 g

Step preview
- Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Add your rigatoni pasta and frozen spinach blocks
- Boil over high heat for 10-12 mins or until the pasta is al dente
- Drain the pasta and spinach in a colander and save one cup of the pasta water
- Add the cooked pasta, spinach, and reserved pasta water to a large mixing bowl
- Add in the drained tuna, crushed garlic, your favourite tomato and basil sauce, red pesto and a generous seasoning of salt
- Mix to combine
- Add the pasta and all the ingredients to a 9x13" microwave safe dish and press the pasta down gently so it is in an even layer
- Add the grated gruyère cheese on top in a generous layer
- Place the dish in the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven and cook for 30 mins on Combo 1
- Remove carefully and serve immediately
