Step preview

  1. Cut the asparagus tips and set them aside
  2. Put the onion and the soft part of the asparagus stem in the Thermomix bowl
  3. Chop with MC on - 5 sec, Speed 4
  4. Gather at the bottom with the help of the spatula and add the oil
  5. Fry: 3 min, 100° speed, gentle stir
  6. Add the rice and the asparagus tips, season
  7. Set 3 min 100° reverse speed 1 (during these 3 minutes wet with wine)
  8. Pour the water and the bouillon
  9. Cook: 10 min, 100°, reverse gentle stir
  10. After 10 minutes add the milk and salt
  11. Continue cooking for 3 minutes
  12. After cooking, check the cooking of the rice
  13. Leave to rest for a few minutes in the jug, add a knob of butter and whisk with the help of the spatula
  14. Serve as you like it most with Parmesan... Enjoy your meal!
