Step preview

  1. Peel & rinse the asparagus & place in the varoma
  2. Mix the water & salt in the bowl and place the Varoma on the bowl
  3. Cook for 20-25 minutes (depending on the size of the asparagus) at Varoma/speed 1
  4. Place the asparagus in a reserved warm plate
  5. Rinse the bowl with cold water and insert the whisk attachment
  6. To make hollandaise sauce, mix all the ingredients in the bowl and heat - 4 min, 70°C, speed 3
  7. Mix without heat for 1 min, speed 2
  8. Pour the sauce over the asparagus and serve immediately
