Step preview

  1. Cut the asparagus stems into pieces into the bowl with the butter and garlic
  2. Cook 3 Min - 100°C, Speed 2, then set aside
  3. Add wine
  4. Cook - 5 Min - Varoma, Speed 2
  5. Add water and mushrooms
  6. Cook with MC on - 15 Min - 100°C, Speed 2
  7. At the end add milk
  8. Cook - 1 Min - Speed 10 - 100°C
  9. If you like it more watery, add remaining milk
  10. Stir - 5 Sec - Speed 3
  11. Pour into dishes and spread with fresh thyme leaves
  12. You can serve with croutons like every other cream of vegetable soup
