- 300 g

- Parmesan cheese

- Vegetable stock powder

- White wine
- 60 g

- Heavy cream
- 300 g

- Black pepper

Step preview
- Add water
- Bring to the boil for 9 mins/100/speed 1
- Once boiled, add the pasta through the hole in the lid
- Cook for 8 mins/100/reverse/speed 1 until al dente - keep the measuring cap off whilst it's cooking
- Once pasta is cooked, drain and keep warm in serving dish or in your Thermosaver
- Place cheese into TM bowl
- Grate for 10 sec / speed 9 and set aside
- Place garlic and oil into TM bowl
- Chop with MC in place for 3 sec / speed 8
- Add spring onions
- Sauté for 4 mins / Varoma / speed 1 / MC off
- Add stock, wine and asparagus (bottom ends)
- Cook 3 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse / MC off
- Add cream, capers, remaining asparagus, cheese, pepper and dill
- Cook for 5 mins / 100°C / speed 1 / Reverse / MC off
- Stir through avocado and salmon with aid of spatula
- Add pasta and stir through the sauce
- Serve and enjoy!
