This air-fried gnocchi gives the gnocchi more of a crispy texture for your favourite sauce. Add pesto, tomato sauce or just simply some chopped cherry tomatoes as we do here

Step preview

  1. Add the gnocchi to a bowl
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and add the parmesan
  3. Shake off any excess parmesan and add the gnocchi in one layer to the air fryer basket
  4. Prepare the wire rack and add the air fryer basket on top
  5. Air fry for 10 mins
  6. Turn the gnocchi and air fry for a further 5 mins
  7. Add your favourite sauce or our suggested toppings and serve
