Ingredients

  • Olive oil icon

  • Balsamic vinegar icon

Step preview

  1. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, lengthways and remove some of the looser outer layer leaves
  2. Add the sprouts to the enamel tray, along with the pancetta and pecan nuts
  3. Add the olive oil, honey salt and pepper to the enamel tray
  4. Using your clean hands mix everything to get an even coating of honey and oil on everything
  5. Spread everything out in an even layer
  6. Place the enamel tray onto the wire rack in the Panasonic 4-in-1 oven
  7. Broil for 12 mins
  8. Toss well and broil for a further 5 mins
  9. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve warm
