Step preview

  1. Place the crispy pot into the Panasonic 4-in-1 Oven
  2. While the Crispy Pot is in the microwave, add 700ml of boiling water to the Crispy Pot and season the water with salt
  3. Gently crack two eggs into the water, getting as close to the water as possible when dropping the eggs in
  4. Add the lid on top
  5. Microwave on high for 2 mins
  6. Carefully remove the Crispy Pot from the microwave and let sit for 30 seconds
  7. Using a spatula remove the poached eggs and place them on some kitchen paper to drain
  8. Butter your sourdough, add the avocado with a squeeze of lime, place the poached eggs on top
  9. Season with salt and pepper; optionally crumble over some feta cheese and top with hot sauce
