This porridge is made in the Instant Pot and is creamy to perfection every time. It tastes like it has been cooked low and slow for hours, but really it is just 4 mins. We like to make a large batch at the beginning of the week and just reheat it with a small bit of milk in the microwave in the morning for creamy porridge every morning. You can make as much or as little as you like, rule of thumb is 1 part oats to 3 parts liquid for the perfect porridge every time
