Step preview

  1. Add plain flour to a clean jug
  2. Add egg to the jug
  3. Whisk until combined
  4. Refrigerate in fridge - 30 min
  5. Pre-heat oven - 221°C
  6. Add lard to a clean muffin pan
  7. Take the jug of Yorkshire pudding batter of the fridge, add in the salt and pepper and stir once more with the whisk
  8. Add salt & pepper to the jug
  9. Transfer muffin pan quickly
  10. Bake until light golden - 15 min, 221°C
